Over six weeks with Jessie Stevenson, you'll reinterpret the landscape genre, abstracting memory and observation to evoke a sense of place in a range of mixed media. Each lesson builds on a subtopic using historical and contemporary media, covering fundamental drawing skills through artists such as Hokusai and Joan Mitchell. Investigating natural subjects from 'Creation' to 'Underwater', you'll craft imaginary realms in sketchbooks and large-format pieces. Suitable for all levels, encouraging experimentation, curiosity and a more intuitive approach to painting.
