Course Details

Explore still life through six weeks of contemporary drawing and painting with artist Beth Rodway. Working from carefully arranged setups, you'll discover different ways of observing, composing and bringing objects to life using pastels, pencils, collage and acrylic paint. You'll build your understanding of colour, tone, texture, composition and mark-making, experimenting with materials and approaches to create expressive, considered artworks. Suitable for all levels, leaving you with a series of finished works.
