Meet Our Tutors

Judith Brenner

Life Drawing

A London-based contemporary artist working from Kindred Studios in North Kensington. A Fine Art graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, she has also studied with Newlyn School of Art, Falmouth School of Art, and Turps Art School, and held a residency at Brisons Veor, Cape Cornwall. Her abstract paintings draw on the idea of alchemy, transforming life experiences, movement, and the energy of the human body — particularly through dance — into expressive, gestural works. Her paintings are held in private collections across the UK, Australia, the US, Europe, and Israel.

Eugenie Vronskaya

Mixed Media

A Russian-born artist living and working between London and the Scottish Highlands. Eugenie trained in Moscow and later at the Royal College of Art, she has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally. Her work is held in major public collections including Tate Britain, the V&A Museum and the State Tretyakov Gallery, and she is currently a tutor at the Heatherley School of Fine Art in London.

Gary Betts

Life Drawing

A lifelong artist, Gary, has built a creative career spanning drawing, sculpture, design and advertising. After working as a designer, storyboard artist and creative director, he returned to his first passion— drawing and sculpting the human form. Today, he works professionally as an artist, creating expressive figurative work inspired by the power, beauty and character of the human figure.

Moji Salehi

Printmaking/Lampshades

Moji is the founder of Moji Designs Studio, where she combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Inspired by her Persian heritage, European influences and a love of the English countryside, her work spans textile printing, homewares and decorative arts. Based in Brighton, Moji teaches textile printing and traditional lampshade making at her own studio, as well as at West Dean College, sharing her passion for handmade craft, colour and pattern with students of all levels.

Beth Rodway

Mixed Media

Beth Rodway - A London-based artist whose intricate Indian ink drawings are inspired by architecture, storytelling and the natural world. Known for combining detailed architectural spaces with unexpected figures and botanical elements, her work explores the relationship between the designed and organic. Beth has exhibited internationally, including at the Royal Academy and Christie's, and currently creates bespoke murals and chinoiseries for private and commercial interiors, including a major commission at Claridge's.

Jessie Stevenson

Mixed Media

Jessie Stevenson (b. 1993, Norwich, UK) is a London based artist. She graduated from Central Saint Martins with a BA in Fine Art in 2017 and completed her MFA in Painting at the Slade in 2022, for which she received the Bartolomeu dos Santos Memorial Award. She was the Honorary Research Fellow to the Slade Material Research Project 2023–2025.

Natalie Charles

Drawing

Natalie's work explores memory, emotion and personal histories through drawing, painting and animation. A Drawing Year 2024 alumnus of the Royal Drawing School, she creates intimate, atmospheric works inspired by family archives, inherited objects and ancestral connections. In 2025, she was selected for the RBA Rising Stars programme, the Delphian Gallery Open Call and the Richard Ford Award residency at the Museo del Prado in Madrid.

Annabel Hill

Mixed Media

A West London based Artist with a BA(Hons) in Fine Art & History of Art, inspired by wild landscapes and seascapes. Annabel's contemporary oil paintings celebrate both nature and process. Balancing figuration and abstraction, her expressive painting style is a “celebration” of colour, mark-making, rhythmic movement and the natural world around us.

Mina Farruggia

Printmaking

An Argentinian-born artist and printmaker based in London, and the founder of Garanto Art Club. Mina is passionate about creativity, mindfulness and community, she creates welcoming spaces where people can explore art, support their mental well-being and connect with others. Through her printmaking workshops, Mina encourages participants to slow down, experiment and enjoy the creative process, regardless of experience or ability.

Georgia Kitty Harris

Portrait Drawing

A London-based artist with a BA in Fine Arts from Kingston University and an MA in Printmaking from The Royal College of Art. Georgia mainly works from photographs and her practice of portraiture is a study on recreating the moment that the photograph was taken.

Joseph Bucklow

Mixed Media

Joseph studied Fine Art at the City & Guilds of London Art School, graduating with an MA Distinction in 2019 and now works as a full-time artist and tutor in London. Joseph’s practice is currently focused on the genre of landscape, and he includes painting, drawing and photography as his media. Painting is his main medium of choice and he enjoys working with oil, acrylic and watercolour and sharing with students the skills and knowledge needed to use these materials and bring impactful paintings to life.

Lucy Threlfall

Mixed Media

Classically trained in Italy and with an MA in Fine Art and Printmaking, Lucy combines technical skill with a contemporary feel. Her focus is on naturalistic, expressive portraits and large gestural landscapes. With 25yrs of experience taking portrait commissions, Lucy has exhibited with the Royal Society of Portrait Painters at the Mall Galleries, at Christie’s in the Garrick Milne prize and in 2021 she took part in Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year, winning her heat.
